Yes definitely one ugly developement from what is known now. Also I just skimmed the 8k and I didn't see any reference that they plan on uplisting nor do I see any reference that the new shares are restricted or for how long. I think the reason they do the RS is because it "looks" better to issue 47 million shares for the merger than 282 million. Still it remains to be seen how big this new company is that is coming in but it's going to be hard to justify the valuation after the dilution IMO.
