We all like it, I'm sure.

When I view the surprising stability we've been enjoying for some time now in terms of unit pricing, I see it as a blatant bottoming process. That can sometimes lead to aggressive moves higher and this seems to be the case this morning. With two full weeks before we go ex-distribution, I don't think this action results from the pending distribution.

The leap probably includes investors' realizing that this is the perfect time to secure positions... something I've been stressing, myself. And very recently I completed building out my own position.

Thank you for sharing your investment information. I'm betting it's comforting to other investors. For me, it's especially exciting just knowing that the word is spreading and we, on this board, stand to reap a rich harvest. And we're doing it together.
