Les does have access to money... and Les does have choices... despite what some want to believe...

Fact: Les filed for bankruptcy and couldn't afford his own lawyer.

Les negotiated... even though he didn't have to..

Fact: Les didn't have a lawyer. So he had to negotiate.

The lawsuit was initiated... after daggers were being aimed at Les... without one person approaching him to try and understand where he stood... and what he intended to do...

What you call daggers are called facts. Price fraudulently issued shares to himself and others, pocketed the proceeds, lied about the share count to the BOD causing the company to file incorrect share count numbers, and eventually got caught red-handed by the company.
