Fact: Les negotiated... even though he didn't have to...

The lawsuit was initiated... after daggers were being aimed at Les... without one person approaching him to try and understand where he stood... and what he intended to do...

Les does have access to money... and Les does have choices... despite what some want to believe...

And it was stupid... idiotic... for MDMN to go after Les... or even threaten to go after Les... and horrible waste of valuable time... money... and resources...
