Relax. Give it time and be patient. Don't listen to what's posted here. Only those patient ones will be rewarded.

Merger is happening behind closed door. No RS, only rumor someone started. To do RS company would have to be current and they are not. In addition, the new management owns crapload of shares, they will not sell or do RS before running it. That would be very idiotic to do, like throwing their own money in the garbage. Think about it and draw your own conclusions.

I am not worried here one bit. EEGI for the win!
