The crack spread has moved up this quarter from $11 and change to $14.99. That's a hefty increase.

Not surprisingly, projected earnings are expected to show a 74% increase over Q2.

Adding things up, I'm thinking our next distribution will be more than 45¢ and quite possibly in the 60¢ area.

This is quite a difference if we look at CVRR with its dismal failure, not having paid any distribution now for six consecutive quarters. But we have to look at ALDW, not a sister company failure.

The CEO stated recently that steady throughput plus factors mentioned above have ALDW expecting to maintain distributions. Of course he said nothing hinting about amounts.

So let's be optimistic and hope for 55¢ That will work beautifully for this lonely unitholder who is stalking not distributions but capital appreciation. But make no mistake---it doesn't hurt to earn distributions!
