I stopped listening to anything @vinayPrasad said when he blocked me on twitter for disagreeing with him on a single issue, after agreeing with him on several. People who block out others opinions who disagree are not credible scientists in my opinion. Science and clinical trials can never improve without debate. He often misses the big picture by focusing on details to prove a point. When you hear the phrase don't let perfect ruin good, he comes to mind
