The Yahoo! book value increase may seem minimal to some but given the situation confronting so many of our formerly coveted MLPs, just staying in the same ballfield is quite the accomplishment. Recognition by Yahoo! is no small matter, imo. Maintaining comes next and that's where we are today---in a space and time that had even the so-called pundits predicting major collapse. Instead, we find we not only maintain the distribution level but we also gain a new quarter in which to continue adding to accretion as previously laid plans continue building out. The Grand Mesa pipeline, while now completed, remains to become the proved income source potential but this new quarter should cement confidence in its true worth. Other measures will be imposed, I'm certain, and these should help create a more positive attitude among those of us in the investment community.
