Anyone know how many shares MARA is presently authorized to offer in an equity financing? Say, for instance, they did a r/s (let's make an easy hypothetical and say they did a 25-1 so now they have ~ 1 million shares). Could they sell 4/5/more million shares without additional approval? If not, how many shares could they sell without additional approval?
