Should have waited for the RS for the latest news. Would have actually had some effect on the price. The precious few remaining retail shareholders have all sold their 7 shares and moved on. At this point, they are going to have to show actual results to move the needle. People saw the .000 and thought "I'll throw some money at that, get 22 million shares and see what happens". They aren't going to want to spend $1.5 per share with the history of IDTA being what it is. Maybe dilution and misleading PRs are their plan. It's certainly not getting actual information on the internet or projecting a positive image.
