Gp, I thought this WAS powerful news! It confirms any doubts about patent protection for the delivery system are misgivings.

It is my understanding that any shares in margin can be borrowed by your broker without your knowledge and they keep the profits if you have a negative balance. Why keep the shares in a margin account unless you want to borrow on them?

Holding BPTH in cash account means they not subject to borrowing without your consent.
