Making false and misleading statements and press releases is a crime that can lead to punishments of prison time in the US. If Joseph Fuda has been doing this for some time, the entire BOD knew and did nothing. Too bad no regulators give a shit if pinksheet companies pull this crap and are rarely prosecuted... Seems to me if they have legit tech, the whole BOD should go and Fuda should be prosecuted, too bad there is no one to take over. Best case scenario is a small legit and professional small cap company buys MMTIF at a fair price but that wont happen, anyone that buys MMTIF now will be subject to a firesale with all the patents going for pennies on the dollar, ive seen this first hand with REGI buying out SYNM. Sad if the tech is as good as you say it is, dont think there is any good scenario here as the entire BOD and officers of the company stayed silent while the CEO broke major financial crimes.
