There are a lot of excellent honest hard working people that work at Micromem and they really do have some fantastic technology.

I know you dislike the company, but to call it "a criminal corporation" is a bit much, and I object to that characterization.


I do not use the term "criminal" because mistakes in judgement may cause a problem for the company and shareholders, but that does not mean that anything was done that violated laws.

I do not like being mislead on information provided on the status of projects, dates for expected revenue, etc, and that is the objection I have to the overly optimistic things I have been told. That does not necessarily make them "criminal"

At this time there are accusations and differences, and the Board of Directors are doing their due diligence to investigate the issues and claims. It is their responsibility make the decisions on these matters.

I will listen to the BOD members and will have to accept their judgement.
