I really do not know a lot about their court cases. I read the documents and IFUS sure tried to scam the people that loaned them money. I can't say how it turns out with all the litigation against the company/MW/ and now shareholders. Plus, the company never informed the shareholders "officially" to ANY information that they were involved in lawsuits against them. THEY FAILED TO GIVE THE IFUS SHAREHOLDERS a "public explanation" for anything that EVER happened. But private BOILER ROOM inside wanna be info on IFUS sure had the cows singing the IFUS songs!!!!!
