Why would higher tier investors jump in at this point? To recap:

management in apparent turmoil
UMG contract unresolved
Clipstream still basically not ready for market.

These things must get resolved before a reverse split happens in order to attract big boys. I don't think that's the issue that led to Steve's downfall, but I was wrong once before, so who knows?
