I'm not saying it will happen, but who was the guy always saying no reverse split....Steve. And it looks like Steve is getting pushed to the side. As for the reason, companies typically say it will allow for higher tier investors to jump in who presumably have share price minimums they can't go below. Obviously whatever they have been doing hasn't been working. It feels like whatever they are planning required a 'Steve go around' play. Just thought it should be added to the list.
