Well my own understanding is more geared towards the actual time bar.
that BUngie shouldn't be able to have been able to even file an IPR.
So if that case goes in the direction we want, the general thought is that it could get the WHOLE IPR case with BUngie tossed.
And the pop collar guy, when you read this,
I was simply hoping someone much more well versed in the nuance of IP and IPR might share their insight. I did google the case, and there is not a lot of in depth discussion about the possible ramifications.
