Current float I believe is just south of 27MM shares. Count will be unknown due to the unknown variable of shareholders converting shares from the offering. Higher stock price obv less dilutive. Company "only" needs 11MM to drill this well and max 19MM to drill Bamboo (25% cheaper than Fatala 50MM cost). Even if company offered 40MM shares at a dollar we would still be under 70MM shares with potential P50 reserves of roughly 450MM BOE to the company. Even at that scenario I see some serious upside for the company.
