Exactly. So why come out at this point in time with a potential r/s? Doesn't make any sense to me, and IMO could further dampen interest from potential investors...that is unless there's already a deal in place. Who knows. I just don't like r/s anyway, and especially when there's no obvious reason to do one. Go figure!
