Such a phenomenal company! First a reverse split to wipe out nearly all shareholders and now the grand reopening of something I never even knew was open to begin with!
identa-corp.com has no updated news, no updated social media links, and touch-know.com is not functional, but is linked to for "Consumer Market". It also says that Nash Abramov is CEO, which from everything I can find has not been the case for a few months now.
Hopefully we'll see some new filings soon and see that the AS is still 16 BILLION or more.
