Fair enough, you'd have to convince the existing share holders that RS would not impact them. And again, if buyout was done deal, and SCLC data was good, RS wouldn't be necessary anyway. Then it really becomes a non factor.
I just thought if everyone trusted management this wouldn't be at 67 cents right now. Clearly, the public is wary of the RS talk and the history of this management.
