It's also possible that they want an R/S because they plan on diluting more right after good SCLC data and are not sure if it stays above $1. Another possibility is that even without news the R/S is voted down which could also cause a - sometimes irrational - spike (look at DCTH). In any case, as mentioned I'm pretty sure we will get SCLC data before the AGM, let's hope for a slam dunk here.
