That "Going Concern" is basically in 99% of every OTC company filings. $ELED just following the rules and regulations of the SEC. $ELED doesn't play games and release fluff PRs. $ELED is NO different than any other OTC company...they all need financing lol geez.

$ELED is still looking to make acquisitions and that is also in it's current SEC filings. $ELED is aligned with some huge players in the LED industry. Further, $ELED has NOT diluted like 99.9% of OTC companies.

$ELED is a bargain at sub-penny and #ELED won't be sub-penny much longer.
