did you read the report...Bankruptcy is imminent!!! They have a history of not paying their bills forcing creditors to obtain judgements..they have millions in debt without the means or ability to repay..would you lend this company money based on the history..their only hope is this pump..here's what they say if they don't find that fairy tell financing..
