that could affect their investment? Smh As you noted -- $80 mil MC, meanwhile not a single SEC filing to properly disclose contracts, additional divisions, or insiders role and salary designation (besides Rosenberg and Hawkins), all of which is considered material , however disclosed under Safe Harbor protections which just translates into...meh, don't count on it!
