MCIG'S IS PURPOSELY LYING, VAGUE AND MISLEADING

So, that traders have a harder time figuring out number's.

Unfortunately, when companies like Lucy's, Cannapods, and Emotek confirm in writing that MCIG outright lied about having a business relationship, or that MCIG sold 0 product....it reflects poorly on MCIG.

Just like the "contract" that they have with M.H. - I'm pretty sure that GC/Kressa is only staffing that site. They definitely aren't engineering/constructing anything - and I doubt they're even managing anything at this time. In addition, MCIG claims that GC has the "option" to manage later on. Yeah, I don't think so. If anything MH has the choice on whether to execute an option for "managing" services.

It's the usual vague, creative writing from MCIG. Done purposefully, of course.

I've been waiting for that clarification for a long time.

Investors will just have to fumble around in the dark, which frankly has served MCIG well up to this point when everyone is just guessing. Why wouldn't investors demand transparency from a SEC reporting company with material events that could affect their investment? Smh

As you noted -- $80 mil MC, meanwhile not a single SEC filing to properly disclose contracts, additional divisions, or insiders role and salary designation (besides Rosenberg and Hawkins), all of which is considered material , however disclosed under Safe Harbor protections which just translates into...meh, don't count on it!

Exactly my point. At one time they were fully reporting, but in some prior pr or CC transcript they state they can no longer be bothered with this. It's too difficult for them to file an 8k.

Were you here when Paul didn't pay the annual uplisting fee and failed to inform investors. It wasn't until the stock tanked from the levels at that time, as a result, that he finally fessed up and coughed up the money. Oh, he was trying to be investor friendly by saving the money, but didn't think he needed you tell anyone.

The type of new investors that current investors want here probably look at the lack of sec fillings and move on.

Buyer beware here.
