That's an 18 year old Complaint seeking merely Declaratory Relief to Plaintiff's rights following a business transaction.

Since I see NO follow-on legal dispute, Plaintiff either

(a) lost this case for Declaratory Relief, or

(b) Plaintiff received information that weakened Plaintiffs' position, or

(c) Plaintiff settled with the Defendant.

This was a waste of my time and yours - I do hope this doesn't keep anyone up tonight.
