maybe they focused on kim's statement that he "believed" they would mass produce in 2012..many shareholders at that time trusted kim and what he said..despite my efforts to insist that kim was feeding them lawyer speak, bs and great big carrots..

and you might have a case that kim was just being stupid when he spoke..but he subsequently piled on the bs with doubling of production..and tripling..then doubling again..then spoke of greatly increased capacity etc...then stated he should be producing tonnage of ms by mid year 2014..

"But "Kim lies" will be the mantra no matter what he does."

the arguments in defense of kim are extremely weak...and getting weaker..
