reverse dynamic now that coal is back in business....

before: it was where is
/ng high competitive price vs coal

Now: it's Where is
/ng low competitive price vs coal

I understood wind generation has been undermining /ng price this spring but I didn't think it was that much.
I've also been lead to believe this was an extended spring wind phenomenon and will come to an end eventually.

mixing coal into the picture... sheesh one could ask...
where is the low price of /ng now that coal is open for business.
