He's not a con man. He's just a wholly incompetent businessman and CEO. I'm sure he's a great lawyer. He has successfully lawyered shareholders with misleading statements , even if not outright lies.

His record as CEO speaks for itself. The fact that he believed he would have commercialized monster silk back in 2012 is exhibit A. He has no idea what he's doing. He has repeatedly failed to get deals done and the failure to deliver on time to the army was just the latest of a years long list of examples.

The small number of accomplishments that have been achieved , namely creating dragon silk and monster silk, is mostly credit to the universities of Notre Dame , Wisconsin and the scientists. It was Kim's job to turn the scientific accomplishments into commercial deals. He's been nothing less than a monster failure.
