The fact that Kim has this available on his website says something about him. I'm just not sure what. A true con man would not make easy access to statements that could be interpreted to expose himself as either incompetent or a liar. Or would a truly brilliant con man do just that?

The hopeful answer is that knowing it could take up to 10 years the plan was to string shareholders along with misleading statements long enough to get in production.
