They were in dialog with Arctic securities as an adviser before trying to list on Oslo main exchange. They probably spent some $$$ om them and were told that Solly should get rid of his A-shares. Not a big surprise really. I'm more happy if they can list the Triway, SJAP etc. At least those companies are pretty simple to understand for newcomers/analysts compared to the value creation-model in Siaf. (Vertically integrated technology company or whatever they put.)
