As I dig through my memory of what happened I realise you're not really wrong here. I think they never gave any official info about OSE plans. Only when they secured the Merkur listing did they make an announcement for that. This was after OSE failed, IMO. And of course that was after Penser got cold feet and ditched them with the Swedish listing.

You're right about NYSE, it was Nasdaq that failed before all that, my mistake.
