IMO, FINRA is not happy about the whole talk up a merger, issue shares than within 1 month do a reverse split.

Especially an eviscerating 7500:1 reverse split.

Might have got away if they just did the split.

But a split immediately after issuing share?

Don't forget the DTC Chill as well.
