"Stole"?
KJ paid himself and his wife a justifiable salary. These salaries were disclosed years ago, back when CDNL made filings.
Trips to Africa, South America, China, etc. were all made in contemplation of future business deals. (at least that's how it would play in court).
Shareholders knew exactly what was going on here (or, could have known if they wanted to spend 5 minutes investigating). Unless KJ left incriminating letters laying around his empty abandoned office space, it's impossible to prove that any kind of fraud happened.
Instead, shareholders should be filing injunctions against themselves for a trustee to manage their finances, since anyone buying shares in this company despite all the flashing red warning signs is probably incompetent to make sound financial decisions.
