So, all the efforts so far in obtaining PPAs and funding for construction to date have been fruitless efforts and a colossal waste of time because they haven't figured out a final design yet.

When will they know when they have a final design? After it's built?

Btw, there's been no allocation for "Research and Development" as of their last filing covering the last nine months.

You can lead a horse to water. But you can't make him get down on one knee and do an Al Jolson impression!
