There's a guy like that at my local HD that knows tools. You can ask him what you need for a job and he takes you to the area, asks you again to make sure and grabs the right tool. He knows his customers.

I bought the DeWalt Brushless 20V XR Lithium Drill-Impact Driver set from him. One of the batteries failed about two months later. I took it to him, told him my problem. He opened up a brand new box and gave me a battery out of it.
