He has his own desk, phone and computer in the flooring department. My guess is he is about 75-80 years old.

I first met him 2 years ago when I had my floors redone. I gave him all the measurements and told him what I was doing and he entered it all into the computer and said I'll have it ready for pickup in a couple of hours.

Guys like him you meet once in your lifetime. He and I have talked on and end and he'd be ignoring other customers. He is a crusty old guy with a heart of gold.

I saw him today and we started talking baseball and my wife said we really need to go. We both looked at her and said just a sec.
