Thanks Mattheus! DISTRIBUTE BHVH shares to PTGEF shareholders!!! BHVN closed today at $25.58 up 10.8% and little PTGEF closed at .32 up 1%!!!! That is insanity imho! May see some very ANGRY shareholders at the JULY 6th Annual Meeting!! I'll be one of them if I can get there....UNLESS they put out a PR that they are either giving to shareholders a LARGE % of BHVN stock as "dividend shares"!!! I believe if their investment value in BHVN is over 40% of their market cap they run into legal issues SO....give away to us shareholders enough of the shares to put their remaining BHVN shares UNDER 40% of their market cap value!!! As of the close PTGEF's market cap = $83mil while their 6.34mil shares of BHVN now = $162mil. INSANTY imho....
