Found this while reading the notice of annual meetings regarding the biohaven holding....The directors believe that the above situation is likely to expose the Corporation to be considered an inadvertent investment company under the definition of investment company in the US Investment Company Act of 1940 and may subject the corporation to a number of onerous requirements and restrictions. The Board of Directors is currently consulting with US securities counsel and other experts to determine the best way to avoid being considered an investment company. This may involve either disposing this investment or distribute to the shareholders as dividend or a combination of any of these alternatives.
