I've posted many times telling the board what was happening, and what was going to happen, before it did happen. It seems that none of that took.

This time, I'm trying to walk you through the thought process instead of just giving the answer.

Step through this! The 5 Stooges for MONTHS knew this vote was coming, so why did they wait until this week to run to the judge and expect him to immediately approve a firm to PR their view?

I can think of two very reasonable defendable explanations. How about you?
