How good are you at reading between the lines?

Okay, we know that for months the 5 Stooges have known that there was going to be a shareholder vote as first proposed in June, then July, for deciding if shareholders want to cash out or reinvest in the new IMSCQ.

Now, why would the 5 Stooges wait this long to finally decide they needed help getting their message across, and need to hire a firm?

The answer to me, is obvious. I want to see, does anyone else see the only reasonable reason why? Well post your answer here!
