From the Annual Report, Meaney, Bristow, & Silcock have 25,000, 50,000 and 40,000 share OPTIONs respectively to buy at 55 cents by 10/2/2017.
Today's price is 45 to 47 cents.
Good news will be necessary to complete the OPTIONs with only 4 months remaining.
