EAPH is clearly a dilution scam, and has been for years, using one story after another to issue and sell more and more stock, despite never earning a dime on any of their schemes. Just imagine having almost a billion shares outstanding despite having stuck shareholders with a 1-for-3000 reverse split. That, sir or madam, is a LOT of dilution. And they have already announced plans for more dilution to pay for whatever they're supposedly doing next. Better stay away.
