Easton Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (EAPH)

New here... started doing a little due diligence a few nights ago. I'm going to be the naive person who jumps in randomly and ask for some facts on the company from the long term holders and also ask some questions you likely don't like hearing... i.e. Market Cap is only 20 million and nearly a billion shares... how do shareholders see Easton being able to provide funding for these acquisitions? It seems historically the company (at least on first glance) has issued more shares to generate revenue.
