How does the company then survive? It doesn't have cash flow and the existing warrants and option obligations would push the existing authorization with too little room to maneuver. Nope the increase is life blood for a lifestyle stock . I'm surprised so many pros object...after all it's a poison pill and favorite excuse of penny architects to stave off Kmi takeover attempt. It's all fantasy!
