I agree! VOTE NO ON 3! I won't even vote for ANY increase. Even if they put a prop up to increase to 400,000 i say no, they still have PLENTY OF SHARES TO WORK WITH AT 300,000,000 auth shares, NO, just simply NO.

Unless you are going to EXPLAIN TO EVERYONE EXACTLY WHAT THOSE SHARES WILL BE USED FOR, then I Strongly suggest we all vote for no increase in authorized shares! Period!

Listen, if it's within our power, I say no increase in authorized shares.

I invite you all to join me in voting no on prop three or any other proposal to increase the authorized shares.

Unless its to build units, or some other fabulous reason like increasing the value of the company by acquiring assets, i say no way. We've been taken advantage of, and been walked on enough. I say enough is enough. The buck stops here.
