I agree with this post Romans. But I think you would agree that a tour and supervision of the product are 2 different things.
I have done these tours and I am willing to bet Kim did a tour as well.

My questions to you would be when a mistake was made and something you did caused a waste was the client standing there making sure you did things their way? Or was a report done so that in the future the mistake wouldn't repeat along with a call to the client notifying them of the delay?

Was your company accused of theft?
Did the client recieve back what materials they supplied that was damaged?

Was the mistake your clients CEO's fault or was it yours?

The only arguement I am really making is against the double standard that Kim is held to by some here.
