The FTC may have issues with the WBA deal but, as has been stated here many times, RAD holders would be out of their minds to reject the deal, given that the $6.50 - $7.00 range of the deal is far above any value that can be placed on RAD shares without the deal. In any event, the vast majority of RAD shares are held by institutions and insiders, and it is incomprehensible that a majority of RAD shares would actually vote to reject the deal and want to go through the inevitable further precipitous drop in the RAD share price, and the aftermath of trying to pick up the pieces and move forward.
