Deal was already voted and approved, the hold up is more about current issues. Trump said he was looking to reduce pharma costs and Walgreen's said they would use deal to increase prices. Hence reviewal

"RAD holders would be out of their minds to reject the deal" is your opinion. RAD is in the shape it is in because of the deal. Without the deal it will have the ability to recover. IMHO the deal will not close. We shall see in the not too distant future who is correct.
